ABHD10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 298 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3P41, OR5M12P, and SLC25A51P1. Each is linked with ABHD10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD10-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3P41 grouped by ABHD10-low versus ABHD10-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
