Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABHD10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,297 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome cycle, Centriole replication, and Microtubule organizing center organization. Each is linked with ABHD10 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD10-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD10 results are reported.
