ABHD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABHD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,089 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BEND7P1, TRAJ10, and RNA5SP417. Each is linked with ABHD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD1-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BEND7P1 grouped by ABHD1-low versus ABHD1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
