ABHD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABHD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,400 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABHD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf56, CGREF1, and WBP1. Each is linked with ABHD1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABHD1-to-partner and partner-to-ABHD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABHD1 versus C1orf56 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABHD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABHD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
