ABCG5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCG5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,489 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFHX4, ZDHHC23, and CBWD4P. Each is linked with ABCG5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCG5-to-partner and partner-to-ABCG5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCG5 versus ZFHX4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
