ABCG5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCG5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,562 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYCSP49, RN7SL654P, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with ABCG5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCG5-to-partner and partner-to-ABCG5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP49 grouped by ABCG5-low versus ABCG5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
