ABCG4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,589 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are C16orf95, HAUS1, and BUB3. Each is linked with ABCG4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCG4-to-partner and partner-to-ABCG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C16orf95 grouped by ABCG4-low versus ABCG4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
