ABCG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,935 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SF3B2, NANS, and DOP1B. Each is linked with ABCG1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCG1-to-partner and partner-to-ABCG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCG1 versus SF3B2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
