ABCG1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,770 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are METTL8, RNU6-834P, and RPP40. Each is linked with ABCG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCG1-to-partner and partner-to-ABCG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCG1 versus METTL8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
