ABCG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,277 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK2, OR1M4P, and XYLB. Each is linked with ABCG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCG1-to-partner and partner-to-ABCG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDK2 grouped by ABCG1-low versus ABCG1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
