The most reproducible ABCG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, CDK1, and 4E-BP1_pT70. Each is linked with ABCG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCG1-to-partner and partner-to-ABCG1 results are reported.
