Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,915 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycoprotein transport, Thymidine biosynthetic process, and 2'-deoxyribonucleoside biosynthetic process. Each is linked with ABCG1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCG1-to-partner and partner-to-ABCG1 results are reported.
