Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52E2, OR10Q1, and ADORA3. Each is linked with ABCG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCG1-to-partner and partner-to-ABCG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52E2 grouped by ABCG1-low versus ABCG1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
