ABCF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,855 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP90, POM121C, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with ABCF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCF1-to-partner and partner-to-ABCF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
