ABCD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,481 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FNBP1L, PLEKHA6, and PLEKHA7_S903. Each is linked with ABCD3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCD3-to-partner and partner-to-ABCD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCD3 versus FNBP1L in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
