ABCD3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,435 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZEB2, MEOX2, and CXCL12. Each is linked with ABCD3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCD3-to-partner and partner-to-ABCD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCD3 versus ZEB2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
