ABCD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,963 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC6A17-AS1, MIR6803, and FAM162B. Each is linked with ABCD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCD3-to-partner and partner-to-ABCD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC6A17-AS1 grouped by ABCD3-low versus ABCD3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
