ABCD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,523 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HS2ST1, PKN2, and TMED5. Each is linked with ABCD3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCD3-to-partner and partner-to-ABCD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCD3 versus HS2ST1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
