ABCD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 395 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC10A, IQCF5, and PDHA2. Each is linked with ABCD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCD2-to-partner and partner-to-ABCD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WFDC10A grouped by ABCD2-low versus ABCD2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
