ABCD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,854 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM3A, CCDC22, and MGRN1. Each is linked with ABCD1 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCD1-to-partner and partner-to-ABCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCD1 versus FAM3A in READ, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
