ABCD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,120 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP12, IFIT2, and TRAFD1. Each is linked with ABCD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCD1-to-partner and partner-to-ABCD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCD1 versus PARP12 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
