Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,467 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCR1, PSMB8, and RENBP. Each is linked with ABCD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCD1-to-partner and partner-to-ABCD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCD1 versus CCR1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
