Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABCC6P1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ABCC6P1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ABCC6P1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABCC6P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where ABCC6P1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
