Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC6P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 299 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCC6P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-49P, L3MBTL2, and RNU6-264P. Each is linked with ABCC6P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC6P1-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC6P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-49P grouped by ABCC6P1-low versus ABCC6P1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC6P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC6P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
