Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC6P1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCC6P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDX1, mTOR_pS2448, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with ABCC6P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC6P1-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC6P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRDX1 grouped by ABCC6P1-low versus ABCC6P1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC6P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC6P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
