Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,518 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCC13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL134P, RN7SL32P, and MIR548AI. Each is linked with ABCC13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC13-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL134P grouped by ABCC13-low versus ABCC13-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
