Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABCC13 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ABCC13 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ABCC13 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABCC13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and LUSC show a favorable association.

ACC, UCS, and READ are the cancer types where ABCC13 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
