ABCC11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,925 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCC11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCAMP1, MCCC2, and AARS1. Each is linked with ABCC11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC11-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCC11 versus SCAMP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
