Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABCC11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ABCC11 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher ABCC11 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABCC11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and UCS show a favorable association.
THCA, UCS, and KIRP are the cancer types where ABCC11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
