Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,359 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCC11-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFAIP2, UGDH, and LRRCC1. Each is linked with ABCC11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC11-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCC11 versus TNFAIP2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
