ABCC11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,392 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCC11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACYP1, EIF2B2, and MRPS36. Each is linked with ABCC11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC11-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACYP1 grouped by ABCC11-low versus ABCC11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
