ABCC11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCC11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,258 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCC11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATXN1L, PSKH1, and ZNF444. Each is linked with ABCC11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC11-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCC11 versus ATXN1L in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
