Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCC11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,886 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCC11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ER-nucleus signaling pathway, Golgi vesicle transport, and Vacuolar transport. Each is linked with ABCC11 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC11-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC11 results are reported.
