ABCB9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCB9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 93 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCB9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CARD18, TGIF2LX, and LAIR2. Each is linked with ABCB9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCB9-to-partner and partner-to-ABCB9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CARD18 grouped by ABCB9-low versus ABCB9-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCB9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCB9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
