ABCB8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCB8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,530 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCB8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDK5, RHEB, and COPG2. Each is linked with ABCB8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCB8-to-partner and partner-to-ABCB8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCB8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCB8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
