ABCB4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,741 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCB4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNMT, LRP1, and VWF. Each is linked with ABCB4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCB4-to-partner and partner-to-ABCB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCB4 versus HNMT in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
