Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCB4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 182 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPC2, RFC3, and THAP12. Each is linked with ABCB4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCB4-to-partner and partner-to-ABCB4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCB4 versus NPC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
