Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCB4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 983 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1K1, IL2, and TDRD5. Each is linked with ABCB4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCB4-to-partner and partner-to-ABCB4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1K1 grouped by ABCB4-low versus ABCB4-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
