ABCB11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCB11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,734 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCB11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACSS3, AGBL2, and TRBV14. Each is linked with ABCB11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCB11-to-partner and partner-to-ABCB11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCB11 versus ACSS3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCB11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCB11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
