ABCB11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCB11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,238 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCB11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MKI67, TAF5, and KIF11. Each is linked with ABCB11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCB11-to-partner and partner-to-ABCB11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MKI67 grouped by ABCB11-low versus ABCB11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCB11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCB11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
