ABCA9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCA9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 872 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNP, PIGL, and MYH3. Each is linked with ABCA9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA9-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCNP grouped by ABCA9-low versus ABCA9-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
