ABCA6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,297 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EFEMP1, LUM, and SYNPO2. Each is linked with ABCA6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA6-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCA6 versus EFEMP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
