ABCA13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,399 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA13-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBG3, CASK, and B3GNT5. Each is linked with ABCA13 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA13-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCA13 versus CRYBG3 in THCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
