ABCA13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,186 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHA5_S410, PLEKHA5, and ABCC1. Each is linked with ABCA13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA13-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCA13 versus PLEKHA5_S410 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
