The most reproducible ABCA13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intracellular protein transport, Regulation of protein localization to nucleus, and Regulation of intracellular transport. Each is linked with ABCA13 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA13-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA13 results are reported.
