ABCA12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,950 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IQGAP2, LYPD3, and SMC1A. Each is linked with ABCA12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA12-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCA12 versus IQGAP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
