ABCA12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 84 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA12-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and S6_pS240_S244. Each is linked with ABCA12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA12-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by ABCA12-low versus ABCA12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
