ABCA12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCA12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,234 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA12-associated genes across cancer lineages are DVL1, C22orf46, and EPPIN. Each is linked with ABCA12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA12-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DVL1 grouped by ABCA12-low versus ABCA12-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
