ABCA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,191 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLE6, PAMR1, and AUNIP. Each is linked with ABCA1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA1-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TLE6 grouped by ABCA1-low versus ABCA1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
