Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,131 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of epidermal growth factor receptor signaling pathway, Regulation of extracellular matrix organization, and Extracellular matrix assembly. Each is linked with ABCA1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA1-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA1 results are reported.
